Names, email addresses, messages, optional amounts, sponsor information, and data required to deliver the service.
Why we process data
To handle contact requests, sponsorship flows, Swish contributions, update emails, and secure operation of the platform.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest for contact and sponsorship handling. Consent for update notification emails (can be withdrawn via unsubscribe link).
Retention period
Pending/rejected records are removed automatically according to configured retention. Notification subscribers are kept until unsubscribe or deletion request.
